Hristo Stoyanov manages the institutional mandate relationships of the European Investment Fund in Bulgaria. He joined the EIF office in Sofia in 2011 to develop the project management, structuring and capital raising for financial instruments in support of entrepreneurship and innovation and the implementation of equity investment vehicles, portfolio guarantees and credit enhancement products. He is responsible for originating, implementing, and managing EIF’s Bulgaria venture capital and credit initiatives through a diversified portfolio of private equity funds and risk-sharing commitments to local credit institutions. He oversees the execution of JEREMIE and SME Initiatives, Bulgaria Recovery Equity Fund and InvestEU with EUR 800m AUM.
