Lilia Messechkova

Lilia Messechkova has nearly 20 years of experience in the tech industry, in creating digital business solutions, leading global teams and achieving strong business results. As an SVP of Product at Progress, she leads a team of over 300 people and is responsible for the strategic management and development of the company’s digital experiences products. She is inspired by the energy of her team and from having the opportunity to support tech talent on its professional journey. Lilia joined Progress in 2011 as a software developer and throughout the years has held various leadership roles. Throughout her career and as a part of different international companies, she has successfully led many projects focused on complex software application development, with teams located across the globe. She is a frequent speaker at business and technology events. Lilia has a bachelor’s degree in Informatics and master’s in E-Business and E-Government from Sofia University.
