Rado is a visionary engineer and a successful entrepreneur. After graduating MEng at University of Bath, Rado started his career in Rolls-Royce where he was a development engineer testing the engines for Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Airbus A350XWB. In 2014 he returned to Bulgaria to embark on his entrepreneurial journey focusing on the development of Inter Engineering 10 and the recently acquired Inoxsys. Ten years later, Inoxsys’ business has grown over 700%. Just 2 years ago, Rado started to work on a new venture, in an attempt to disrupt the maintenance practices and provide a solution to the adoption hurdles of predictive maintenance. He called it “Predicto”. In 2023 Predicto raised its first VC capital and within a few months closed deals with leading companies like Kaolin, Alcomet, EMKA and Neopharm.
